My name is Rylie Gaugh and I am from a small town called Somerville, Tennessee. My birth date is April 18th, 2001. I began riding horses when I was around the age of six years old but then stopped because we were unable to afford it. I recently got back into horses and began competing in barrel racing in 2014. A few of my awards that I take pride in are winning the Barrel Class at our local shows in 2016, placing fourth in the 4D at my third big show, and training my first horse. One of my goals that I plan to meet this year, is to place in the 2D at a barrel race. My role model is Amberley Snyder because she doesn’t let anything stop her from doing what she loves and is so driven to keep going. My geldings name is Doc Holliday, we call him Doc for short, he is a short little gelding who loves to run, loves attention, and will do anything for food.
