Primary Horse’s Name: “Arrow”

My name is Starr Brown and I am from a small town called Sault Ste. Marie in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. I was born on February 10th, 1997. I have been competitively competing since I was three. I have competed in pleasure shows but rodeo and barrel racing is in my heart. My horse and I were able to represent Michigan at the 2015 National High School Finals Rodeo in pole bending in Rock Springs, WY. We also qualified to compete at the National Little Britches Finals rodeo in Guthrie, OK for team Kansas in multiple events, but an injury caused us to not be able to go. My role models are Amberly Synder and Fallon Taylor, because they both work so hard and I got into a bad wreck like the both of them and they showed me to never give up. One of my goals is to get my pro card in the PRCA.
My horse’s name is Arrow. He loves getting attention and will bug you until you pay attention to him and being in the arena doing what he loves.
